Vertical Baler GE-400

Vertical Baler GE 400

Vertical Baler GE-400 is a twin chamber baler, it can bale cardboard on one side and plastic on the other.

With this baler you can separate and bale all your different materials whereas with normal vertical balers you would have to for example have one baler for cardboard and one for plastic.

The GE-400 can be made bigger depending on your preference and amount of materials you want to bale.

Another chamber can be added on to make it a triple chamber or you could go again and make it into a quad chamber.

The head of the baler that includes the power-pack and pressing plate rolls along the track at the top of the chambers and locks into perfect position on each chamber with safety switches included.

FAQ | Vertical Baler GE-400

What types of waste can the GE‑400 baler compact?
The GE‑400 is a twin‑chamber baler, allowing you to bale cardboard in one chamber and plastic in the other — perfect for separating and recycling different materials. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
How much compaction force does the GE‑400 deliver?
The GE‑400 provides **20 tonnes** of pressing force, ensuring very dense and compact bales. :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
How large and heavy are the bales produced?
This baler typically produces bales weighing between **200 kg and 250 kg**, depending on the material. :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}
What power supply is required for the GE‑400?
Because it’s a larger, twin‑chamber baler, it’s likely to require a **three‑phase power supply** for its hydraulic power pack.
What safety features come with the GE‑400?
The GE‑400 includes safety switches on the chamber head, and its power-pack head rolls on a track and locks into each chamber securely, with interlocks to prevent operation unless locked. :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4}
Does the GE‑400 automatically eject bales?
Yes — the machine's design supports safe and automatic bale ejection, reducing the need for manual handling.
Can the GE‑400 be expanded?

What maintenance is required for the GE‑400?
Regular maintenance typically includes inspecting hydraulic fluid levels, checking hoses and seals, and ensuring that the chamber tracks and locking mechanisms are clean and properly aligned.
Can I get a demonstration of the GE‑400?
Yes — demonstrations can be arranged on-site or via video so you can see how both chambers operate and how the system handles different materials.
